Each piece is carefully checked and packed but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Easy Returns 

Please reach out to us within 48 hours from the time you receive your product.

Conditions: Product should be unused, unwashed and in original packaging. 

Any return or exchange shipping charges are payable by the customer. 

Exchanges

We’re happy to offer exchanges so you feel confident shopping with us 😊

You can request an exchange within 48 hours of delivery.

Condition : Item must be unused, undamaged, and neatly packed in original packaging. 

Exchange Options:

• Same product (same or different color)
• Different product of equal or higher value
  (Price difference + shipping charges apply). 

Refunds

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item. If paid by credit/debit card, the refund will reflect in your account as per your bank's processing timeline.
