Return and Exchange Policy

Returns
Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the order.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact.
To initiate a return, please contact us via email or WhatsApp with your order details and clear images of the product.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted for items of equal value only, subject to availability.
Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
Only one exchange per order is allowed.
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original mode of payment.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit.
Please note that bank processing times may vary.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images. We will review the issue and take appropriate action to resolve it.
Color & Design Disclaimer
We make every effort to display product colors and details as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in color, texture, or weave may occur due to lighting, photography, screen resolution, or handcrafted processes. Such variations are natural and are not considered defects.
Important Notes
Products sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Swarnika Collection reserves the right to approve or reject any return or exchange request after inspection.
