Each piece is carefully checked and packed, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns (Damaged or Defective Items Only)

We accept returns only if the item is damaged or defective.

If you face any issue, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery at theswarnikastore@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A short description of the issue
  • Clear photos
  • A complete opening video of the parcel

📦 The opening video helps us understand the issue quickly and resolve it fairly.

Return Conditions:

  • Product should be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging

Exchanges

We’re happy to offer exchanges so you feel confident shopping with us 😊

You can request an exchange within 48 hours of delivery.

Eligibility:

  • Item must be unused, undamaged, and neatly packed in original packaging

Exchange Options:

  • Same product (same or different color)
  • Different product of equal or higher value
    (Price difference + shipping charges apply)

Good to Know:

  • Exchange is allowed once per order
  • Exchange for lower-value items is not available
  • Shipping charges are to be borne by the customer
  • Currently, reverse pickup is not available—you can courier the product to us, and we’ll guide you 🤝

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the product, refunds (if applicable) are processed within 7–10 working days.

The amount will be credited to your original payment method.

A Quick Note

🎨 Slight variations in color, texture, or weave may occur due to lighting and the nature of handloom products—this is completely normal.
